i posted this in the BDT thread so that the Xat confy can be streamlined..
kal ki confy me kya questions poochne hai decide kar lein..lets decide it before hand and then send it across rather than having a huge no of qns being asked simultaneously...
Strength zyaada hone ka chance hai to lets have an organised confy..
my qns to gixxer would be something like :-
1> Special focus on dm and areas to practice it from . Also what is the thought process that the paper setters have in terms of the answers they expect.
2> How to motivate oneself for an exam that is just three days before the cat results.
3> Any test series that emulate the XAT.
these are a few of the qns that i have please add to it.
If you want i can also remove pts from it...
Ps if somebody is not comfortable with my frequent use of Hindi let me know..

I am not a part of UDT but would still like to join the confy... and so here are my 2 cents ..
In XAT Q selection has far more significance than CAT .. probably some light into this and any other difference from CAT (in terms of importance of some secion)
and may be u can add Qs regarding the essay and GK as well.
and how should we take care of 'progressive negatives' (if xat comes up with this)
and we should definitely try and understand the rationale behind the DM Qs
@firsty , @smashed has raised an important point about progressives.
XAT has some shock value every year.
1. We should discuss that(shock value).
2. GK. May play spoilsport with sectional cutoffs in it.
3. DM situation and resources to practice it.
4. Mental component, because CAT results will be 3 days away.
@targetcat_2010 sir cracked XL last year. Maybe he could help with some useful pointers on the thread or if he can attend the confy tomorrow.
Shock is a very important point !! Jinhone XAT 2011 diya hai unse pucho iska matlab.. 
2011 me to maths mai kar hi nai paaya tha!!! kya pooch raha tha aaj tak understand nai kar paaya hun..

By this you are actually equating the difficulty level for all the slots.. i doubt if we can arrive at any such single table.

@dhullu , it is a very humble request from my end that as none of the UDT members are the least bit interested in analyzing numbers related to CAT results you should take these discussions to another thread where people want to talk about this.
Not only are we not interested, we find it irksome.
I hope you understand that I mean no malice through this. :)
But please, I request you to avoid these discussions on this thread. :)
