I have worked in TCS for 2.6 years as a Business Analyst for a TCS internal project and currently I am on sabbatical (LWP) and pursuing MBA-HRM at a reputed B-School in Hyderabad. My base location is not Hyderbad.
Since most of the companies in my B-School are for Marketing and Finance related, I wish to go back to TCS soon after my exams. I have few concerns for the same. Please help me out..!!
1. I wish to work in HR domain. What is the proceess of going ahead to take up HR domain in TCS. Whom do I have to approach for this?
2. My pay was roughly around 4.5 (PLUS OR MINUS) when I was in TCS with B band for all two years I worked. What will be my pay now when I join back.
3. I heard that the pay will not be increased immediately when we join back. How much time will it take to reflect.

I am fresher and I was trying to get transfer to Kolkata n with lots of difficulty n problem I get released from my project bt my project hr suspended my Salary n block my tcs mail id and ultimatix soon I will get released please help me to know how will I convinced my rmg to help me in getting transfer to Kolkata as my mother is ill I had submitted my documents bt they rejected by saying everything is okay she will be fine by taking medicine n meditation .... please help me
