If I give higher preference to ITI than CSS, and instead of Delhi/Mumbai I get vishakhapatnam/Gujrat etc then I would like to be considered for my next preference. Aisa ho sakta hai?
Is it possible that if I cannot get field jobs like ITI/excise/cbi in Delhi/Mumbai then I'll be considered for assistant post CSS/MEA? Can I fill preference like that?

I have a doubt regarding SSC cgl I hope u will clarify it.
My doubt regarding OBC certification
Sir my dad is govt employee this year itself pay revision given to them.
So I have obc certificate applied and dated1-3-2015
Here my doubt arises if cleared two phases and called for certificate verification then is it enough to submit that certificate or else I have to submit recent means before two or three months before certificate....
Pls sir I hope u understand and clarify my doubt
