Mujhe 2 character certificate mile hai .. jisko two different gazatted officers se attest karana hai aur uske baad unko SDM se attest karana h .. maine gazatted officers se toh attest kara liya h.. lekin aj SDM office gya toh vo gazatted officers ki ID mang rahe h .. Uske bad SDM usko attest karega .. yr kitni mushkilo se toh koi banda gazatted officers se attest karata h ..uske baad unki ID mang rahe h ye log ..koi apni ID dene ko kyu taiyar hoga .
