suppose there are 50 seats in any department and 40 candidate get it . If the rest do not get any reason then will happen in that condition ? Will there be a reinstatement due to which the matching letter will be issued only after the receipt of all candidates ? Please guide whoever you know about this topic. (2) -- suppose someon got a letter and he would send it to the department very soon. In that condition , the department will call it for First joining or issue a joint letter to all.
