After much research I have found that ssc je is not the perfect job for a btech candidate as 60% of selected are not promoted even once in whole service, 15% are promoted to permanent a.e and some 25 % are promoted but as ad-hoc ae that too after 22 years of service. Promotion aspects are way better in ssc cgl. As the slowest promotion of excise inspector gets supritendent of excise gazetted in 8 years.

Many got confuse regarding the preparation for je 18 because of vacancy..Youtube channel/coaching institute started their marketing statergy again by telling huge number of vancancy in je 18.They have done the same in je 17 and you know the truth well..Ya its true that in technical job vacancy will going to be less further specially in ssc je E/M. So its good to go for other options as well. I have point out following options if you dont like muje gaali de do I dont care..Iam helping a serious job asperant:
1. GATE/IES
2. Non tech like CGL/Banking etc.
3. Teaching job.
4. Private job..start with less salary but you will earn more than govt job with your experence
If you really want good mnc job do some value added courses..Forbes mashall pvt ltd pune is providing post graduade course in steam engineering of 8months..you just have to crack the intervew for this..fees is near about 25k.. and 2 month is real practical project and company will pay you good amount for project..after course you will get job definately because it is recognise by all mnc..And forbes marshall takes maximum from this course..I know my friends who are doing the same and got job..batch size is of 40-50 and may be around 30 got placed in forbes marshall with package of 4.5lacs...its not fake..absolutely true as my most of the friends are earing good money there..course start from Aug/sept..I think admission is open now and you can pay in installment i think...
