Troll Bhai like many veterans who got mes or cpwd in 2016 wrote 2017 also. Now we 500-600 students are seat wasters and these seats could have been to the ones who have just written 2017. Now we had no choice as our result was on March(2016) and pre of 2017 was on Jan. This is why upsc never overlaps exams.

Agar 16 je pe case na hua hota toh 16 selected wale zyadatar log 17 pre nahi likhte. Ab kyunki zyadatar 16je wale 17 ke pre me bhi clear hai toh kam se kam 17je ki cutoff 3-4 number kam rehti.

Troll Bhai mains tips 1. Start question by writing given data.(brings structure) 2. Use black pen for writing always and blue for diagrams. 3. Underline main points in theory questions. (Examiner will have an easy time read your answers) 4. Keep a humble non oversmart tone to your answers. Do not try to fool examiner. He is probably a professor and you are a noob.

Engineering ki dukaan har kahi khol di gayi h. Fir jab waha se excessive engineers nikalte h to unko job nahi dila paate. Better ban engineering colleges for a few years.
