Dear friends. Don't get nervous this easily. 362 is a laughable number. It's definitely some mistakes. It is possible that this might be the left over from 2016 (Tentative-Final) & extra 100 seats. I still believe this time Vacancy will in the range of 1800. Don't go to panic mode. Wait for little more.
