Dear freinds , i have done RTI for mains ssc je 2016 they send the photostate copy to me .in this i saw that the copy was not checked only marks was given arbitrary . As i saw the the marks given to me was not satisfactory .he gave in the marks in some wrong question and in most of the coreect they doesn't give reliable marks .from that my mains marks was very poor.guys please give me the correct decision what now i can do ....... may i go for writ petition to ssc. kya main ssc pr is reason ke liye case darj kr skta hu .....!!! Freinds if u have knowledge about this they may kindly requested give their view what i can do and how can i do for writ petition

@pawan301 I have screen shot your statement and filed an rti with ssc hq regarding your claims of random marks allotment. If you are telling the truth we will know and will fight for you and the PIO cannot lie as it will be a criminal offense on his part. However if you are lying then you will be charged under section 66A of IT act in attempt to malign the image of a statuatory commission and you will face jail time as well as a 5 year ban.
