mera OBC 29/4/17 se pehle ka nahi bana.. maine general cut off se pre aur mains qualify kiya hai.. my overall rank is 111 in ee/me. OBC hai magar 30/7/17 ka bana hua ..kya hoga ?

My obc certificate is not in the prescribed date
In dv notice obc in prescribed date is only valid is given
But supreme court notice said that no problem regarding to obc date
