Bhaiyo ab preference to change hogi nhi. Ab jinko mil gya 15 me department. Agr unhone 16 me sahi bhari hai preference to dv me aa jao. But agar glt preference ki wajh se nhi milna desired department. To please dont come for dv. Seat mat waste karo yrr. Be ambitious not thirsty. 15 wala join krke AE exams ki preparation karo. Thanks

can any one explain the meaning of following bolded paragraph and anyone clarify which certificate they are asking..
Educational Certificate (s) i.e. Degree/ Diploma/Provisional Certificate (in
original) from a recognized University in support of your Educational Qualification (obtained before the crucial date (i.e) 01.08.2016 mentioned in the Notice for the Recruitment) along with Consolidated Mark Sheet & Year-wise Mark Sheets (with overleaf details, if any) as proof of subjects studied at various levels. The candidates who are able to prove, by documentary evidence that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut off date and he/she has been declared passed, will also be considered to have met the required Educational Qualification;
Bhai how can I know my department preferences that I have applied in application form? Because they have mentioned clearly that there is no department changes at the time of document verification.
