Copy Ysingh: 🔴 #info #imp #summary #suggestion #confirmed All of my friends no need to worry everything is self attested Except first part of the character certificate in character certificate . you need to get it signed by previous college or previous employer or any gazetted officer in the second part you must get it attested by any first class magistrate/ SDM or DM no matter which city you can get it signed by DM/sdm of any City the main issue is that for the medical certificate. in medical certificate for which district you get CMO name you need to get medical certificate from CMO/civil surgeon of that district(headquarter no town or anyone else) only. regarding discharge certificate leave that blank. don't cross it. don't fill it. write undertaking on a blank paper that you will give discharge certificate at the time of joining regarding extension period if you are not sure about the time period then don't write anything in that and don't cross it, leave it blank. if you form will return to IMD then IMD will contact you by sending mails or phone calls no need to worry now. you can contact IMD. whether they will accept your mail request to send it to new address, thet are not sure yet. your offer letter will not be cancelled. They will make a way to contact you or let you contact them. Rest you have to submit all pages weather filled or blank or not applicable. regarding identity certificate no need to worry if you downloaded it from internet u can submit. it is ok and if you don't want to send than it is also ok. My battery is going to die. I will reach my home after 6 to 7 hours. After that I will reply each and every doubts of everyone. Please don't mind thank you. if you get ur documents attested from gezetted then there is also no need to worry they will accept yours Send it either by post or by himself U can self attest ur 5x7 photo and 3 photos . Or u can choose gezetted attestation for these photos. If ur cmo took it from you and he is saying that he will send Medical letter to imd on his own then also no problem. Just chill. But send ur medical report if u can . Allocation of states has not done yet. Joining in Feb, max Feb end. Election code has no impact on joining. If u are doubt full about any entry anywhere in form then leave it blank. Same form and documents will be given to you at the location for filling remaining entries. Police verification will be on ur permanent address. No need to worry about point number 10 entries. Tehsildar is not authorized to attest ur character certificate. All class one magistrate only.
