We have to send only the Annexure A-H (original filled copies , not the photocopy of any annexure) to IMD and keep the offer letter with ourselves. Please correct me if i am wrong anywhere?

Only character and caste(if belongs to) certificates are to be attested by DM/SDM. All other documents are self attested, photos too. Medical is signed by CMO only. Done👍 Please correct me if wrong. Good luck👍
U have to send self attested photocopies of annexures A-H, keep original of anexure A-H with youself and produce these at time of joining. Form 1 has to be sent in original, medical certificate has to be sent in original by Hospital. Now everything is cleared and same thing is written on appointment letter if u read it carefully.
