I think Govt. should ban all those courses for which it cannot secure jobs for those courses. B.sc , diploma etc . are some of the examples. If bachelor degree in science includes B.sc Hons along with B.tech then why B.sc people are not allowed for GATE exam . If you can't secure jobs ,then either modify these courses with changing time so that there should be FAIR OPPORTUNITY for everyone or ban these courses. There are many HARD-WORKING B.SC GUYS .
B.sc ,M.sc etc. are academic courses while diploma ,B.tech etc. are proffessional courses. THERE MIGHT BE MANY DEBATES ON THESE, BUT THIS IS ULTIMATE TRUTH.

Recruitment rules can be changed reteospectively, there is a supreme court judgement in this regard, which says if the posts are not filled as per the announcement/notice, the RR can be changed retrospectively. If IMD can change RR retrospectively and show the judgement as a reference in court, The CAT order will be surely reversed. It's all upto IMD!!
B.tech walon IMD ne abhi takk unka clarification notice hataya nahi hai official website se b.tech eligibility court order hoke bhi. 4th ko jin b.tech walon ka DV hai vo apne sath court order ki copy lekar jayein. Vo bolenge ki aisa koi court ka order nahi mila hai b.tech eligible karne ka. Tab order ki copy unke muh pe de marna. Nahi to Badme dikhaya to apko absent mark kar diya jayega.
