Now legal point -for B.tech guys ,IMD can violate the court decision just by appealing in high court if IMD will want as SSC did , CAT court gave decision in favour of student in tier 3 but SSC went to highcourt n gave conditional joining letter by violating CAT Verdict .
Now for B.sc guys , CAT court emphasised on STATUTORY RULE , which is made by government , IMD can change eligiblity but at first statutory eligiblity should be changed then IMD can do anything accordingly , here in this case this rule is similar as 2011 RR , SO, IMD had aichle hill's .

Conclusion - RR can not be changed retrospectively , U go in high court u will get ur petition number after 2-3 mnths , So, better to leave on IMD . If they think they will follow their clarification notice then they will do their work n they will appeal.n if they will accept verdict , NO Third party can interfere ..so,B.sc case will go in vain . SO , it is better to leave decision on IMD

All those bsc who wants to case are in between 80-120 . None of them will be safe even after btech gets out. But still these morons want to delay the process. In the range of 80-120 there is extrem clustering and in no case no case no case no case cutoff of Ur come down below 130. Obc 120 and SC 105 st 100
