I guess that serial number is rank only. I cross checked from the excel file that we created here. all the top markers have their dv on 4th.

Frnd....I made an analysis....if there are 520 seats for unreserved category then ....in worst case also candidates upto 600 will get selected for sure....... because some sc , St will go out...( I m assuming that there are 80 such candidates).....and still now I have not seen that after 600 there are any candidates who have scored more than these 600 candidates....issues 600 candidates main obc bhi hain.... This is my opinion...wat u think?????????

Imd k exam me sabse jyada hutiyapa faila rakha hai... Court ne verdict dia vo bhi clear ni... Pta ni kya ker rakha hai inhone
