in case if only 120 people are eligibile.....it becomes difficult for students above 1300 rank to file a case because they case may or may not worth.....coz if btech is allowed then most probably 90% in 1102 rank will go for imd....hope everyone gets relief ......and a big thanks to those 120 students who filed the case

The petition submitted before the CAT Court was for interim relief or in other words a stay on proceedings till a detailed hearing is over in this issue. If this is true, then the court found that there is enough ground to give BTech guys a stay. It doesn't mean that selection is guaranteed.

One analysis for selection
100 candidates are called daily for dv
50 ur 27 obc 23 SC st
Now vacancies are 520 ur 301 obc rest SC st
Now everyone knows if any reserved category studen score above ur cutoff then he takes the Ur seat.
As per the knowledge of our group candidates.
It is 100% sure that there will be at least 200 seats of Ur which will be taken by reserved category students.
So 50*6+20— means 6 th day upto 620 serial number ur is sure for selection.
Considering no elimination..
