thank u hemanth u are only saying indirectly btech are eligible.,...please refer your 2017 point 2 ...and 2011 point C..... both are same...... for the same post SA how the qualification will be changed...from 2011 to 2017......
These points are enough to file a case...in court if IN CSAE BTECH ARE NOT ALLOWED......

Rajasthan LDC 3rd grade me bhi B.tech walo ko laat marke court ne bahar nikal diya... Yahin IMD me hoga....ab bhaunkte rho peeche peeche...
yaha pr apno se jhagad k kisko kya faida ho rha h samjh nhi aah rha h...kismatmeh agar ksiska yeh job h..toh milke hi rhega...jo v krna h..Authority meh chodo na yr tmlog..hmlog ka kya h..exam v de diye sb..marks v dekh liye...ab bs wait kro result ka...IMD jo baki ka process krenge let them do it.

The above clarificatory notes clearly states that the government is initiating process to fill the vacancies fast in its departments. hope this may also be implemented in IMD Scientific Assistant "Document Verification"
