who will check the certificates by visiting home town local police or any other ,,,,,,,dopt will involve in ssc joinings

आज कल के बालकों को देखकर ख़ूब गिलानी आती है , आज ही जब सिगरेट पी रहा था तो एक दसवीं क्लास का लोंडा आया ओर बोला एक डिब्बी दे दो , कल यूनिट टेस्ट ह , दिमाग़ ख़राब हो रहा ह । हम तो बँटा पी कर ही सही हो जाते थे ।
