i have a genuine query...if someone qualifies pre in his category...later he gets good marks and qualifies in general category, then they took general candidate seat.... as in case of tina dabi she was not able to clear pre in gen category...later she came top ranker and took general candidate seat...so does that mean she didnt got any benefit from reservation...??
