Why is the notice not available on ww.ssc.nic.in Pdf ka link bhej rhe hain loge.. but why isnt it on the official website

Considering all delays it seems SSC's case is definatly weak and they knew it already. There are very high chances that tier 1's result may be revise with this Normalization ghost
