Hi guys.... As all of you know that KVIC (khadi village) exam has been suspended (Due to administrative reason ..As per website) not only KVIC..but many recruitment is on hold...We all had paid fees to commission but exam did not took place..we also filed RTI to know the reason behind recruitment suspension, but no 1 get any relevant answer. As exam scheduled date also has been passed, but still there is no update.... How far good is our fundamental rights. Is there rights are only to shown like elephant tooths?? How far RTI Right to information is been implied?? Or only RTI and other rights is only to show and to make fool to the people of nation?? Its my big question to government and also constitution... why is there any rules or right is not going to be applied in proper way. K.......... Enough leave this now tell me is there any right to me or not to file case against commission for recruitment suspension ( not took place of exam in scheduled date??.... If yes.. than have i right to file case against commission???? please tell me procedure.... as far as i am concerned there already a case has been filed against few commision before like CGL. Guys please reply and guide me in proper way. ..... I just want to file case to conduct exam soon..
