IB exam was fraud...file grievence regarding these points -- in most of the centers paper come in class after 10 :00...seals of question paper are opened...in my center exam started at 10:15 and only 45 min r given...these was no biometry or thumb impression needed anywhere ...to koi dusra banda aaram se paper dedega kisi ka bhi.....add other in comment.
