closing date of part II registration of SSC CGL 2016 was 14-03-2016. On adding 180 days (6 months), the lower limit of OBC certificate comes out as 14-09-2016. In the notification SSC mention that "Status for OBC candidates issued between 15.03.2013 and upto 09.09.2016 only will be accepted." Which means that SC basically extends the lower limit of date by 5 days only !!!!! I really didn't get the point of all this drama?

Keeping in mind the vacancies and last year trend i.e last year posts were 4500 but the last person to get selection from general category was of rank7600..now last year there were more no of interview posts and this time more of nip posts..so this time 5500 general vacancies so assuming selection can go up to rank 9000 maybe more. But assuming 9000 the person has 445 marks..now tier 3 --topics were vague and marking will be average i.e 45-55 ..socut off will be arnd 490 for any nip

Hello friends, I want to say one thing. Kuch log pareshan ho rahe the ki letter essay mein word limit exceed kar di hai aur kuch log keh rahe the ki answer sheet pe likha tha ki exceed karne pe evaluate nahi hogi. Par mujhe lagta hai surely evaluation hoga above word limit kyunki jab medium na likhne pe ladka case jeet ke copy check karwa sakta hai to kuch word exceed karne par copy check na ho aisa nahi ho sakta. Exam time mein word kaun ginne baithta hai!!

435.75(OBC) and decent tier 3 .. What posts can I expect in SSC CGL 2016?? When the joining date is expected approximately? Also, I am working in a company where I need to serve 3 months of notice period. So, by how many max months I can delay my joining for SSC CGL?

Css ki cutt off obc ki kya jayegi
Kaun sa metro pass hai all India institute of self government, pankha road, d block, Janakpuri.
I've not opted for any of the posts that might require DEST (my name being in the 4th list) and I wasn't even handed over an admit card for DEST during DV but now I see they have uploaded admit card against my name/roll no. in the site. Is it a mistake? Can I skip going? Do all list 4 candidates need to appear in DEST? Please help
