Eastern Region released admit cards for DV. But there is still little information provided with regard to skill test such as when and where. Any opinions or information ??

Hi guys. I just saw the admit card for dv on 26th April in Kolkata. I want to change the present address. Do i need an affidavit or just the present address proof (aadhaar) will suffice?Ā
If technical irregularities and server problems are the issues....Then no one can guarantee that in future no technical problem will occur...On this ground the entire exam process should not be cancelled....Only those who have suffered should be given chance after thorough investigation....Apart from irregularities is there ny corruption related issue?
