can anyone PLEASE explain the procedure for CPT?

First of all congratulations to all the shortlist Candidates for tier4.. now that tier4 dates are just around the corner.. I would like to request you to not fill posts which you would not join if selected.. Just one rationale decision from your end can change the life of the entire family. Just one job can give livelihood to the entire family and help them come out of vicious cycle of poverty. Already selected students: Don't Waste a seat just to prove a point to other people that you have secured a seat in this CGL too. We already have very few seats this year so please do your research well about the state vacancies and your possibility of getting your homeposting
Ssc me doc verification 1 bar hi hota hai kya.. Ya joining se pehle 1 bar aur hota Hai?
People who are appearing in CGL doc verification 2016 just for getting homeposting... Please do compare your marks and total seats in your desired states before filling posts preference.. please don't waste a seat if you stand slim chances.. there are people who have been preparing for 3-4 years and are ready to join even the remotest part of the country even as MTS.. so please keep these things in mind before wasting a seat. It is very easy to criticize SSC and other govt departments for inefficiency but what are we doing as an aspirant? Wasting hundreds of seats every year for no valid reason.. so let's not be selfish and be little sensitive towards the other students. Thanks in advance :)

OBC certificate date must be between 2013 -2016 ? What if it is latest as in 2017...suggestions !!

If a person has 2 OBC certificates.. One of 2013 and other of 2017..will 2013 certificate be rendered as invalid? Or it is fine?

bhai log iss bar general ki only lagbhag 5000 vacancy hai usme bhi kharreb 2200 obc and 600 st/sc candiates ne general ki cutoff pe clear kia hai..toh kya jiski rank general cat se 5000+ hai use kuch milega?
