Hi

Do we need to write table of details related to academic, job experience etc in the application letter after the body?

With reference to formal letters, what will be your preference between the two:

  • Subject will be placed before salutation i.e. after receiver’s address.
  • Subject will be placed after salutation i.e. just before body.

ESSAY on UNIFORM CIVIL CODE

Indian subcontinent is a secular nation. Unity in diversity is its ultimate motto. But in the present scenario, India being home to various religions, people of various religions have their own personal laws. Uniform Civil Code, is an ambitious and long awaited law that aims to unify all personal laws into a single civil law. Article 44 of directive priniples of state policy in Indian Constitution explains its need.

Ever since india's independence, UCC has been under discussion. But even after 66 years, it is not implemented yet. UCC is the last breakpoint to achieve complete secularisation. It can replace all personal laws such as marriage, divorce, adoption which differs based on religious scriptures into a common law for all of its citizen.

Impact of UCC on Indian society is widespread and laudable. First of all, India attains complete secular state through this law. This law also paves way for women empowerment by abolishing traditions such as triple talaq thereby improving the status of women in this society. Also it prevents political parties from bidding on castes to get their votes. But there are various bottlenecks in passing this law. Indian Minority community  feels thatimplementing this law makes them lose their identity and cultural status and they will be jeopardised.Political parties are not true enough to give up their caste votes for the welfare of people.Current  situation has no need to pass this law immediately which can delay the progress.

If the behavioural changes happen in the society and their view on UCC changes, then UCC can be implemented without fear which makes our democratic nation truly secular and unbiased.

ESSAY on SKILL INDIA:

Skill India is an ambitious scheme of union government launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 1st July, 2015 with an aim to train over 40 crore people in India by 2022.
The scheme includes various initiatives likes “National Skill Development Mission”, “National Policy of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship”, “Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana” and “Skill Loan scheme”. The main goal of this scheme is to impart proper hands-on on recent technologies by training people in various traditional and newly innovated skills.
The scheme provides various advantages. Skill development will boost the confidence in youth, will train them to fulfill the manpower requirement not only in national but also in international market, will foster innovation, and will increase entrepreneurship  leading to more contribution towards Indian economy which is the main aim of “Make In India” scheme. It will also help in addressing the issues of unemployment . There are certain challenges too which needs to be taken care of if government wants this to be a real success. Imparting skill alone won’t solve the purpose, but proper utilization of those skills by creating enough job opportunities will bear the fruit. To train this many people, plenty of funds will be needed. Infrastructure needs to be improved to attract entrepreneurship and focus should be given on promoting ease of doing business.
With proper infrastructure and with correct planning, It is a good initiative providing skills to people, especially in country like India where working population will increase multifold in few years down the lane.

ESSAY ON India's contribution to Space.

India one of the leading contenders for the tag of "developed nation" is consistently proving  itself in the Outer space research and acheivements.Indian Space Research Organisation  established on the year 1969 is one among world's prime rated Research and Development organisations in the field of outer space.

Right from its establishment, India started to prove itself in astrophysics and astronomy. India launched its first satellite in 1975. After that it has developed PSLV and GSLV launch vehicles  which are most sought satellite lauch vehicles by countries after NASA.

During the time when only developed nations like USA and UK were researching for possibility of water and living conditions outside earth, India launched Chandrayan 1 on 2008 to moon to probe the surface of moon for analysing its conditions.

Also it launched prestigious Mars orbitor mission Mangalyan which is the cheapest mission to mars till now. It costs only 74 million dollars. To add feather to its crown, recently on February 15 2017, ISRO launched 104 satellites in one go beating record of 37 satellites by Russia.

But there is a misunderstanding that large amounts are spent for space research. Government’s large spending on Space research is beneficial for the nation because, contribution in outer space research is today’s necessity since world powers are in a race to establish themselves in a newer environment as current environment is slowly degrading. Also with schemes like Make in India for improving R&D , ISRO stands  as an example of  leading R&D centre in the nation.

With future projects like mission to Venus, Jupiter and Chandrayan-2, India is sure to become world Space leader.
