Guys in the seat matrix, this year there are no posts in MEA And CVC. so then whi ys MEA being mentioned?

secondly, out of 5850 candidates in list 2 and 13388 in list 4 , how many will be finally selected? IM talking about unreserved specifically.

Scored 161 in tier 1, got 137 in response sheet 1 and 153 in response sheet 2, total 451 still not in list 2, any chance of reduction in marks from response sheet?
