last year total UR vacancies 4506. This year , it is 3232. Last year, candidate with 3232 rank got 432.25 (from rank list in qmaths)
similarly, last year total OBC vacancies 2069. This year , it is 1278. Last year, candidate with 1278 rank got 422.00 (from rank list in qmaths)
So, if we consider 1:2 ratio then for UR, 6464 candidates should be shortlisted. For 6464 rank, the score is 417.5 (from qmaths rank list interview and non interview). So adding 20 marks for easy tier 1, cut off for UR might be 438 (435 to 440).
For OBC, 2556 candidates should be shortlisted. For 2556 rank, the score is 408.25 (from qmaths rank list interview and non interview). So adding 20 marks for easy tier 1, cut off for obc might be 429 (425 to 430).

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT "Women Empowerment" is a burning issue all over the world. "Women empowerment" and "women equality with men" is a universal issue. Women empowerment refers to the creation of an environment for women where they can make decisions of their own for their personal benefits as well as for the society Women population is around 50% of the total population of the world. They have every right to be treated equally with men in every spheres of life and society. In India women have made considerable progress in almost seven decades of Independence. There has been amelioration in the position of women, but their true empowerment is still awaited. Provisons made under the constitution of India such as: right to equality under article 14, equal pay for equal work under article 39(d) and Maternity Relief under rticle 42 are some of the major steps taken for women empowerment. Some challenges to women epowerment are high level of domestic responsibilities, restrictions to participate in social, economic and religious activities, preference for male child etc. These challenges can be tackled by education, making both men and women aware of their responsibilities to promote and practice gender equality. "There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women"- Kofi Annan. More concentrated efforts focused for women empowerment should be made to liberate women from all forms of evil.

Just sharing my thoughts with you my fellow brothers and sisters fighting for the same cause. I have given my CGL exam good attempts in Quant and English (but I am not sure about accuracy since I don't remember my paper very well). I cleared RRB NTPC, I got 98 after normalisation. I am not sure about RRB mains because I am bad at General Awareness. Couldn't qualify IBPS PO mains. Now I am genuinely scared because this is my last time giving this exam because of my current situation. If I don't get through this it's a BPO/KPO job for me.
