payment failure coming i have tried several times. please help. only 1 question was successfully done with filling of response sheet.in next only payement was made..  then again i tried  spscregistration.nic.in/sicpochallengetestform16/index.jsp?rollno=<<>>&&trans_id=<<>> this link for trasanction  i had paid for. but i dont response  was submitted or not because nothing showed up after i submitted the page. I am trying again but now its showing payement failure. please can anybody help in this??
