dont think too much abt the score,,,,just dont be like ki 170 to laane hi laane hain maths me ya 90 attempts to karne hi karne hain....just try n realise ur potential. You have prepared very well.. just try to make sure that u make gud use of that practice....jitna tum laa sakte ho utna tum lekar aao pakka..,,what i mean ki koi easy question na chhut jaaye,,ya fir english me koi passage ya para jumble na chhut jaaye kyunki tumne kisi faaltu jagah par jyada time de diya....bas marks ke baare me na sochna jyada,,bas jaisa bhi paper aata hai usme apna best lekar aane ki sochna. Be quick in taking the small decisions like is question ko abhi karun ya nahi,,is passage ko pehle solve karun ya nahi.
and dont forget to fill all the columns in the OMR :P

GUYSS How many questions attempted in maths?
Guys can someone give a balanced account/analysis of the two papers today? I mean I had attempted 93 in 2014 and could just manage 77 this time in QA. That is understandable as people are saying that this year the paper was difficult but I myself feel this much drop is not what truly reflects the difficulty level, maybe 85 attempts would have justified it. I am unable to fathom the actual level of the paper as I was cannot observe it neutrally. How did it go actually for others is what I want to know. Similarly in English, the paper seemed to be a notch above last year to me. The jumbled sentences were not straightforward and some fill in blank questions were time taking, I spoke to another candidate who had secured 162 in Eng last time and he had similar analysis (he missed out on 15 questions this time in VA, although he had attempted all last time). What say guys, Tier 2 (Eng + QA), what is equivalent score for this time if it is compared to (say) 300/400 from last time ?
what are my chances got 114 in tier1..tier 2 me...maths-155 marks english-165 nearabout..total-434 ..last yr's cutoff of 426 is haunting me..will i get interview call??
p.s-- i am general candidate.
Hi guys, this year's tier 2 was little bit tough and also pattern of questions in English was changed. So as far as inputs i got from my friends and as per my analysis cut offs of tier 2 2013 and 2014 will not be repeated and this years cut off will be lowered significantly. But tier 1 of 2015 has already given a lot of candidates a lead of 20 30 marks. So I safely predict that cut off for interview posts this year will be 395 to 400. (provided that number of vacancies collected does not lowers compared to 2013/14, as they are saying this year vacancies are less) Remember that you heard this analysis from me first.
Any groups for interview preparation?
From January 1, 2016, there will be no requirement of interview for Group B, C and D posts in central government.
