There is some misinterpretation in understanding the Write Up by some of the candidates.
Some are furious about only 7726 UR candidates in result but that's not true.
In Write Up candidates selected under UR category are 41084 and these candidates are not from any other category.
Now, a line in write up mentioned that - 26786- OBC, 4343-SC, 1454-ST, 453- Ex-servicemen, 235-OH, 23-HH, & 64-VH candidates are provisionally qualifying at UR Cut-off.
This means that these no of candidates in their respective categories are qualifying UR Cut Off
For e.g. - 26786 OBC out of 58137 selected OBC are qualifying UR Cut Off
So, total no of candidates qualifying UR Cut Off are - 41084+26786+4343+1454+453+235+23+64 = 74442
This is the correct interpretation of Write Up
