Which is better bhaiyoooo u ppl i hope have better understanding...thats y m asking between assistant in css and Central Excise Inspector...i have seen career of css from my eyes in in last 24 years u join in 1991 and now u r undersecretary ...u can reach upto director level which is equivalent to additional commissioner in income tax...but life is not that bright u have to kneel down infront of IAS every day n u never feel significant enough as you work in delhi.....rest delhi me to bade bade DM bag leke jaate hain aur aa jate hain...please anyone tell me about EXCISE if anyone knows anyone i know promotion is very slow but what about other aspects ...nyone else i dont many of u m new so plz guide

Dear Anupriya mam,
Today you raised an issue on ssc cgl 2013 .Please mam read this mail
to know all the facts. Those protestors are protesting for their self
vested interests just because they could not clear the exam and ruining
our lives .Mam we have toiled hard to score this much and now they are
allegedly calling us cheaters just because cut off went high as
competition is becoming tougher each year.
This application is an
effort to draw your kind attention to plight of young students who
appeared in Combined Graduate Level Examination (2013) conducted by SSC,
with a hope to get into elite public services and get an opportunity to
serve the nation. But due to some miscreants playing with the system,
the whole examination experience is turning into a never-ending ordeal
for us.
Below is a brief chronology of events -
1. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGLE) every year.
2. Notification of Combined Graduate Level Exam-2013 (CGLE-2013) was
published on 19th Jan., 2013, Tier-1 examination of was scheduled to be
held on 14.04.2013 and 21.04.2013.
3. Due to Ambedkar Jayanti the exam scheduled on 14.04.2013 was postponed to 19.05.2013.
4. Meanwhile the paper held on 21.04.2013 got leaked as per the news
paper reports and a court case was filed in Honorable High Court, Delhi
against SSC by Mr. Maninder Attri and Mr. Nitant Trivedi.
5. The case was transferred to Honorable CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal), New Delhi.
6. Meanwhile, the result of CGLE 2013 Tier-1 was declared on 27th Aug.
2013. In which Mr. Nitant could not clear the examination.
7. It
was proposed by SSC to conduct Tier-2 on 29th Sept. 2013 but Mr. Nitant
and Mr. Maninder managed to get the stay from Hon'ble CAT in MA
2508/2013 in TA No 48/2013 on all further proceedings in pursuance of
the notification issued for CGLE, 2013 until further order vide dated
23.09.2013
8. SSC managed to vacate the said stay vide order dated
26.09.2013 of the Hon'ble CAT, New Delhi. For the same notice was issued
by SSC. Hence the Tier-2 of CGLE 2013 was held on 29th Sept. 2013.
9. Later, in court SSC showed clumsiness and agreed that the paper
leakage actually happened. A press note was issues on 28th Jan. 2014
declaring that CGLE 2013 Re-examination will be held for 7 centers which
are as follows:
Allahabad, Dehradun, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna and Shimla
10. Later, as per the decision of Hon'ble CAT, New Delhi reserved
order on 21.04.2014 and pronounced on 23.04.2014 with OA 4171/2013 with
OA 4378/2013 and TA 48/2013. In this decision Hon'ble CAT ordered to
scrap the CGLE 2013. The copy of CAT's decision are attached here
with(Annexure -1)
11. Till date, we, the candidates, lost our valuable 16 months but as there were irregularities found and it was an order of Honorable CAT we accepted it and we were ready for the re-exam. The CGLE 2013 Re-examination was held on 27.04.2014 for the above mentioned 7 cities and for the rest of India it was held on 20.07.2014.
12. This time SSC took precautionary measures and videography & photography was conducted at the examination centers Mobile jammers and additional police force was also deployed at the examination centers to avoid any kind of malpractice. Regarding this SSC had also put a 'note' on each and every admit card issued for re-exam. The sample Admit Card is attached herewith
13. As the strict precautionary measures
were taken properly by commission (SSC), no instance of malpractice or
leakage of paper were reported, during or after the conduct of CGL
Tier-2 examination.
As both the Tier-1 & Tier-2 of the CGL
re-examination concluded, the results of the final examination (Tier-2)
were declared on 31st October, 2014. We, the candidate heaved a sigh of
relief & got ready for the next phase of the process that is,
CPT/DEST & Interview.
But the team of Mr. Nitant Trivedi andMr.
Maninder Attri again started causing nuisance with baseless reasons of
cheating in the examination & demandingfor the scrapping of the CGLE
2013 examination and dissolving Staff Selection Commission.
They
allegedly started calling selected candidates as cheaters and are
inciting people against SSC using Facebook& other social media
platforms. These two guys are organizing mass protest and as they don't
have proof they are trying to put pressure on SSC by meeting political
leaders. They are also providing absurd reasons which holds no ground
with reality such as 40% selected candidates are from Delhi, 28
candidates got selected from one region have same surname, those who
could not perform well last year, got selected this year etc. But if we
carefully observe, there are ample reasons behind the hike in cutoff
some of those are as follows:
1. This year paper was easier than SSC CGL-2012 (Cut off-349).
2. In CGL-2012, questions from Geometry and Trigonometry were asked
for first time thus making paper difficult. Also questions were really
difficult.
3. In CGL-2013 there was stiff increase in unemployment hence many engineering/Maths background students appeared in the exam.
4. Awareness about the exam increased, hence study materials, books
from reputed authors/publishers were published after CGL-2012 thus
increasing competition. Also social media like Facebook, twitter made
exam more competitive.
5. Last year CGL-2013 exam got cancelled so students got extra 1 year for preparation resulting increase in cutoff.
6. Many candidates, who already got selected in previous years, wrote exam, thus making it more competitive:
Protesters are claiming that 40 % selected students are from Delhi
only, but at the same time Delhi is HUB for competitive exams like SSC,
UPSC. In CGL-2012 around 39 % selected candidates were from Delhi. Also
candidates from different part of country cometo Delhi for preparation.
Thus percentage of selection from Delhi will be high.
Even Ex SSC
ChairmanMr. Kannan Raghupathy told in Facebook account that cutoff may
increase this year later he explained why cut off increased that much.
Unfortunately those who could not clear the examination started
protesting alleging SSC and its officials as culprits. Nobody realized
that in competitive exam cutoff is decided on merit according to vacancy
available. As per Facebook almost all were expecting a post and were
fixing cutoff as per their score but result shattered their dream , thus
un-selected candidates started protesting in every corner terming all
genuine candidates as cheaters. Since the number of unselected candidate
in any competitive exam is always higher than selected candidates so
this protest has no end. Such invalid protest is de-motivating all
selected candidates who toiled hard to get their name in the list. We
left our job, gave our complete dedication, being isolated from
everything prepared whole heartedly and got selected and when it is the
time get the result of our hard work, these protesters led by Mr.
Maninder Attri and Mr. Nitant Trivedi are trying to snatch away our hard
earned dreams. Mam when we have made it to our dream posts, these
protesters are trying to ruin our career just because they could not
make it to the list. On 10th Nov 2014 they protested in front of SSC
Head Office, CGO Complex, Lodhi road, Delhi and these two guys are being
telecast on national television as hero(es) whereas, in reality they
are manipulating people just because they could not clear the cut off.
We would also like to draw your kind attention to the fact that the
team of these two is not only playing with future of successful students
but is also duping innocent candidates from remote states by taking
money from them as donations in the name of supporting their cause of
scrapping the whole CGLE-2013 examination and dissolving of SSC.
Here are some points about the protest leader Nitant trivedi and maninder Attri:
1. Nitant trivedi scored only 319 and as per him cut off should be
less than 320 because he could not clear it, Maninder attri scored 395
and he could not clear it .They cleared tier 1 cut off ,so they they did
not say anything then.
2. Nitant trivedi has not cleared any exam
so far and in this way he is trying to cancel every exam as he himself
could not clear it and cgl 13 was his last attempt as per eligibility
criteria and so he is trying to cancel it to get chance one more time.
3. No evidence, they are just inciting people and manipulating others
for protest and breaking the law and using facebook platform for their
self vested interest.
4. They are trying to thwart the process by
meeting powerful leaders and defaming the govt. body .and bringing
regionalism,political issues in this matter.
5. They are not
letting us prepare and abusing us, calling us cheaters and threatening
us saying that they would cancel the exam by creating different facebook
group against ssc and thus we are not able to live peacefully and are
getting depressed day by day and passing days in agony.
6. They are
now asking for selected candidates' admit card to gain support and many
selected candidates who are already working, but got selected in lower
post also giving them admit card because they need another chance as
they are already working,so they again need one chance so it is we who
are suffering the most who left our job and gave our cent percent to
this exam .
Mam we want justice. Last year these two guys had
proof of cheating as many new paper published article about malpractice
but this year they don't have proof so they are trying to cancel the
examination just by creating pressure on SSC. They are also defaming SSC
and its hard earned dignity. now it is high time you help us out
otherwise we genuine candidates will lose faith on justice and may take
extreme steps as our future is in dark despite scoring high and making
it to one of the coveted posts of SSC. we would request you to take
action against those protesters considering the whole scenario and
thinking about us who toiled hard and now at the door step of success.
