Hello puys, will the attempt for 2010 exam be counted as an attempt for css as the preference were asked after tier 1.. I didn't clear tier 1 in that year...will that also be counted as an attempt though I appeared for tier 1 but didn't opt for css...anyone exprienced on this plz help out...thanks.

My friends this is no time to celebrate for we are but digging our own graveyards , that too in a very planned and organised manner.the picture does not seem to be getting any better in the coming years.The policies of our government will very much look into it that the people belonging to a particular section of our society get ignored all the time meanwhile the fruits of their hard work get reaped by the rest, thanks to the vote bank politics that is all prominent in our country.socio economic development is one thing and killing the merit is different,the former brings with it a strive to commit oneself to the needs of the unprivileged (without causing significant damage to others) , the latter on the other hand will undoubtedly fail the words for an appropriate description.it is not just a section of people who have had problems , time and ages have it that it is through problems only that one comes through the gateway of success and let me assure there is no such dearth of successful people around.have the women been given a fair chance to excel and succeed ..what will u call the blacks of america who lived all their lives being slaves.the two of them found it more respectable to compensate their misfortunes by sheer hard work ..they did not take the other way.what is their present dynamics ..they are as respected as anyone you wud know.so instead of singing songs of backwardness all the very time try to contribute to your upliftment that gives you an opportunity to lead a dignified life
