Subject : Information sought under RTI Act, 2005 regarding CGLE 2013. Sir/Madam,
Please provide me the following information regarding CGLE, 2013(reexam)
1) Kindly provide me the following results in detail ( i.e alongwith Marks secured, Roll no, ticket no, category etc) of all the candidates in PDF format in a Compact Disk (CD) :
a) Complete result of all the candidates of CGLE 2013( reexam) Tier-1 bearing candidates name, Roll number, ticket number, category, marks secured etc.
b) Complete result of all the candidates of CGLE 2013(reexam) Tier-II bearing candidates name, ticket no, roll no, category, marks secured in each paper separately i.e Paper-1, Paper-II, Paper-III, and total marks secured.
(For offline candidates - Please find enclosed Indian Postal Order no....... of Rs.50/- as against cost of CD to be provided)
*(for online applicants - Please be informed that I have already paid Rs50/- as against the cost of CD)
2) Please provide me the list of centres where SSC conducted CGLE 2013 reexam on dates 27/7/2014 and 16/8/2014. Also provide me the name and Roll numbers of all the candidates who were called up and who had appeared for the said exam on dates 27/7/2014 & 16/8/2014 at those centres.
(b) Please mention in detail the reasons for conducting the said exam at these centres separately on dates 27/7/14 & 16/8/14 without any notice/update for the same on Commission's website while the exam of majority of candidates were coducted on dates 27.4.14 & 20.7.2014 with prior notice on the Commission's website for the same.
c) Please mention in detail why the Commission had not uploaded any Admit Card/s on its website for candidates who were to appear for CGLE( reexam) 2013 on dates 27.7.14 & 16.8.14? Also, please mention the mode of communication used to call up such candidates to appear for CGLE 2013 reexam on dates 27/7/14 & 16/8/14. Please also mention the date of such communication.
d) Please mention under whose approval and in what circumstances the decision to hold CGLE reexam 2013 separately on dates 27.7.14 & 16.8.14 was taken? Also mention the date of such decision. Kindly provide me a copy of notings, minutes of meeting(if any) or any other document in relation to this office taking up the said decision.
3) How many candidates had appeared and how many of them were qualified from each region separately (i.e Northern, Soutern, NWR, CR, Eastern region etc.) and also statewise accordingly in the following exams:-
(i) CGLE pre exam 2011
(ii) CGLE pre exam 2012
(iii) CGLE pre exam 2013( reexam)
(iv) CGLE mains exam 2011
(v) CGLE mains exam 2012
(vi) CGLE mains exam 2013 (reexam)
4)Please provide me the detailed reasons and rationale behind Commission's decision to change the format of results declared by SSC beginning from SSC stenographers exam, 2013 final result. Please provide me a copy of noting, minutes of meeting, other documents related to this particular decision being taken by the Commission.
