Raghupathy Sir rrply regardind states pref.......Respected Sir,
With the state allotment left to the discretion of department the clarity in the system that was brought under your patronship has come to an end. The news is disappointing but there is no point in crying for ship that has sailed. my point of concern today is that will the allotment will totally be influenced by 'Jack'. What approximately are the chances for fair allotment of seats? I shall be highly thankful to you if you could answer my query. Even if you don't the respect still remains intact. God bless you Sir.
