1.- cut-off can increase in tier-1 because of competition but in tier-2 there is always the brightest of the students so, competition in tier-2 is same always
2.- question paper of tier-2 was of same difficulty level as that of cgl-2012
3.- our Heros and Gurus of PG will again be the standard of comparison...if you are anywhere near them you should be safe anyway.
