Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fiasco of Staff Selection Commission (Combined Graduate Level Exam) for the year 2013, through which workforce is hired for Central Govt Offices, such as CBDT/CBEC , CAG , CBI and in other ministries. Sir, its been more than a year and till now , the preliminary stage of exam hasn't taken off. This exam took place on 21st April, 2013 and 19th May, 2013, but cases of cheating were reported. A case was filed in CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal), New Delhi regarding the same. SSC should have scrapped the preliminary exam of CGL 2013 then and there itself and should have taken a fresh examination across the country. But, it wasn't done. Sir, I don't need to tell you how our judicial system works.. Every day whenever there was a case date, we were given new dates, dates and dates and further dates. It almost took a year for CAT to give a decision to scrap the exam and took a re-exam for the same..
As DOPT dept ( Department of Personnel and Training) is under you, I sincerely request you to kindly look into the fiasco which SSC ( Staff Selection Commission) has created for poor students like us. Due to the lackadaisical approach of SSC, CGL 2013 examination got scrapped after a year, and it resulted in our precious one year loss. It's my urgent request to you to please order SSC to take the re-examination seriously and honestly and try not to repeat such horrendous mistakes in future. Ask SSC not to play with the lives of lakhs of students when unemployment in India is rampant and seats in govt jobs are very few.
