i m working as It officer scale -1 in PSU bank in Mumbai. i am selected as sr. section engineer(signal) in Indian Railway at Siliguri Zone..from salary allowance prospect i found Railway better. I want to prepare for UPSC..As getting time for preparation is a concern I need your suggestion.. should I continue or join railways...Also hopping 395 in in CGLSSC(2013)...should I wait for this or appear SSCCGL 2014...
