Solving this... Taking 21/20 and 19/20 as ration of SP/CP in 2 cases and then equating the SP in both case by multiplying factor... At last we get difference of 2 in SP and CP... I take 798 unit(i.e SP) = Rs. 7980 = 1unit=10 therefore... 2 unit = 2* 10= 20% loss. Please verify the ans.
