FROM THE DESK OF CHAIRMAN
In continuation with the earlier discussions held with the protesting candidates of CGLE 2017, a delegation of the candidates met with the Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Personnel, Pension and Public Grievances today at 3.30 PM at his residence. The undersigned was also summoned by the Hon’ble Minister to attend the said meeting. After hearing the delegation, it was directed by the Hon’ble Minister that though the Paper-I of 21.2.2018 was cancelled by the Staff Selection Commission on account of technical issues, to enquire into the allegation of leakage of this cancelled paper, the evidence being provided by the candidates be taken on record and if found substantiated, the matter will be referred to CBI for further enquiry. Else, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police which is already seized of the matter upon a referral by Staff Selection Commission, shall complete its enquiry in a time bound manner and submit its report for further necessary action.
Following this meeting, at the residence of Hon’ble Minister, after detailed discussions with the protesting delegation, it was decided that to ensure legal sanctity of the digital evidence concerning the question paper alleged to have been leaked (which was essentially withdrawn and cancelled on technical grounds), the downloading and printing of the same will take place at the Central Server of the Service Provider of the Staff Selection Commission by requisitioning forensic experts of CFSL, CBI in presence of the witnesses of the delegation. Since the Central Server of the Service Provider is located at Chennai, therefore, this activity shall be initiated on the next working day i.e. 5th March 2018.

today Neetu singh has become the nightingle,iron-lady,harbinger of new era,and so on.yet back in 2013,when we were struggling with cgl 13 exam ,its cancellation and re-exam,it had become an openly discussed subject in PG that people from delhi got huge advantage over the rest particularly for high cutoff IP posts.since coaching centres in delhi were hand-in-glove with some ssc insiders.there were a number of allegations agnst top delhi based coaching centres,one of them being that paper was being leaked in disguise through practice sets before the original exam. but as usual,all these were unsubstantiated,and based on individual experiences of some genuine aspirants. today neetu singh is leading a protest which aims to clean up ssc.and things get to a complete circle with this.A year back,NK Raghupathy had warned Ashim Khurana through his facebook writeup that since Khurana was blocking all attempts of the coaching mafia into ssc manipulation,hence these coaching institutes will not leave any opportunity to harass ssc at the slightest of issues.And strangely,tube is making wild claims about mass cheating and such things for almost the same period of time.Raghupathy's prophetic guess is now coming true.
