Kya obc ncl certificate 16.06.17 se pahle hona chahiye or after this date wala chahiye? Mere pass 16.06.17 ka issued kiya hua hai wo chalega kya cgl 2017 k liye? But some says that this certificate valid only for 1 financial year.

My obc certificate issue date is 8march 2017, but it is valid for one year only. If I qualify in cgl 2017 and document verification will be held after 8 March 2018 then What happened? This certificate is valid or not.

I am not able to register for the exam. Tried changing browsers, waited for some time, but once I fill my details like address and phone number and click submit, there's no response. The page just stays as it is. What's the issue and by when will it be resolved? Is it because a lot of people are applying right now?
