Any ICSE guys applied for SSC CGL need a help urgently... In 10th ICSE certificate what is roll number, is it index number or unique 5 digit number mentioned in pass certificate... Please clarify my doubt... I think index number T/xxxx/xxx will be same for every year for example in 2008 it is mine in 2009 some others, so 5 digit number is roll number I think correct me if I am wrong...

Please tell me : I registered for SSC CGL 2016 but did not appear . So , now, when i am applying for SSC CGL 2017 , it is saying , you are already registered . So, should i apply with old regd id ? ab vo new id nahi bana raha , keh raha hai already registered .
