MY OPINION: Exam and result got delayed because cgl-16 ka result revise hona hai to include all the idiots who did not write the lang in Tier 3 and it will take a long time for candidates to join. Isliye delay kiya taaki CGL-16 & CGL-17 joining dates mein thoda time gap rahen.
