In my previous post, I told you about unorganised ways of increasing immunity. In this I will tell you about organised way of increasing it. In 1894, a french scholar named Munro Macron was about to get hanged by french gov. They carried out a test trial on him during that day. They closed his eyes after showing him black cobra (1m away from his). After that they removed cobra and pinched safety pin on his right hand and scholar was tricked into being biten by cobra. The scholar instantly died and post mortem report showed that hormones released during his demise was similar to a cobra bite. So he died because his brain was tricked not because of cobra bite. Today also, corona virus is spreading more due to panic. Do maintain 1 feet social distancing, wear mask, sanitise regular and increase immunity by multiple times using following technique (organised way). 10 minutes before sleeping, do 5 min breath in breath out (5 second each) and get relaxed. Then sit down on floor and draw a black color dot on wall. U must sit atleast 1 meter away from wall and dot must be parallel to your eyes. After that just look at that dot without winking eyes. The moment u think u cant wait to wink, do wink and then start again. Do this for 5 min. Then sleep. Observe the results in less than a month

Good evening bsdk and bsdkni. My experience of first election duty. I was appointed to the post of Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) in three tier panchayat elections, whose job duration is from start of election to the end of election (3 weeks). This time all 3 tiers of panchayat elections were held simultaneously (Gram panchayat sadasya, Gram Pradhan, Kshetra panchayat sadasya and Zila Panchayat Sadasya). I was ARO of tier 2 and tier 3 panchayat elections i.e. BDC (kshetra panchayat) and DDC (jila Panchayat). There were 14 AROs from different government departments headed by 1 RO (Returning Officer) in my block. We were given a training is approximately 3 hours (formality) at Vikas Bhawan auditorium. I've additional charge of one more district and I was given duty in additional charge district, means I had to stay in hotel throughout the period of election (3 weeks approximately). I was feeded by Zomato or the hotel kitchen or poori aaloo ki sabji at my duty spot for 3 weeks since there was complete lockdown (except for election duty). In the situation of Covid-19, I spent those 3 weeks with just 3 formal clothes without washing them as this facility was suspended at hotel. Although I bathed, washed my inner wear but had the same formal outlook. On the day I joined my election duty, RO was infected from Covid-19. He was executive Engineer of Irrigation department. Hence, 2nd RO took the charge, who was executive Engineer of electricity department. I joined the duty 2 hours late on the first day and additional district magistrate said that I was about to register an FIR against you. I was scared as it was my first time but a reserve ARO was appointed for the delay. All 14 AROs and 1 RO worked from 9 AM to 9 PM during the first week. First week work was basically to enroll candidates, verify their applications, allotting election symbols to candidates etc. RO was very enthusiastic and charming personality. 2nd RO was also infected from Covid-19 at the end of first week and he left us after 10 days of infection. It was unbelievable. I wept after years. Emotions aside, 3rd RO took the charge who was SDO of electricity department. 2nd week was smooth and there was hardly any work except for making booth-wise demand for ballot papers. 3rd week of election was the most tiresome one. Major work included conducting election, submission of ballot box, counting of votes, making of agents to witness counting of votes, declaration of result of BDC and DDC and finally, sealing of ballot boxes. By the end of election, 5 out of 14 AROs were infected by Covid-19, 1 RO died and BDO was also infected. All were replaced by new RO and AROs. Two of them are currently critical patients admitted in the state capital. I've no information about the other 3 AROs and BDO. Hopefully, all other AROs are healthy and living a happy life with their family. Almost 5 gram pradhan winners also died due to Covid-19 and by polls will be held soon. I know that even politicians have their political career like students have their administrative careers. If selections can be put on hold, so could be the elections. I've heard the news of officers' death in election duty in the adjacent districts due to Covid-19 infections but I could not confirm. Most of us are cursing the viral outbreak but anyone who lost his/her life, either contesting candidates or officers/employees on election duty, were all murdered since this was under control of SEC. Supreme courts and high courts were shouting but soon realised that they too were mere spectators. It's upto us to decide that they were sacrificed for democracy or murdered for political goals.
