koi mujhe state allocation ka funda bata sakta hai. like suppose two candidates A and B - A got Excise as first preference and B got Excise as third preference, now for state allocation cgl ki rank se hi decide hoga ya fir A ko preference milegi state ki bcz uski first preference thi?

Brothers I need some advice. Looking at cutoffs and the the mess in CGL19, top posts lene ki aukaat toh nhi lg rahi mujhe meri in CGL20. I live at home, have zero expenses and save all I earn toh 2400 GP leke dusre state me jana doesn't make sense for me. AAO seems like the most gettable of the top posts (I may be wrong). So AAO selected candidates please share your sources and strategy. I have a 3 day holiday and I want to get started with it.
Now that 2018 process has been completed. Let's move on to the next one. Countdown for 2019 tier 3 result. And my target rn..CGL 2020..Less than 60 days to go for tier 1.

Popular assumption is that the Cutoff for 2019 will be 40 to 50 marks higher than 2018. Following the same trend, what should be the cutoff for CGL 2020? (Given tier 1+2 normalization is same as 2018)
