As per DoPT circular, a central government employee has four chance in a year for technical resignation. But we have more application forms, so if i will get new government job ( that will be certain to happen).. & for this i didn't intimate my current department.. so if they won't give me NOC at the time of dv... So on this basis.. i will put my resignation & then I will go for dv for new emplyoers ... & Then i'll show my relieving letter of past government department.... Will there be any issue for this? Whether should i show my relieving letter or i should say that i am unemployed ... Any other paths for this... Help as early.. thanks..
