Mai 15 ka hu aur 18th ke toppers ke liye bura lag rha. Kuch students ke liye particularly jo sach me bahot dikkat me bhi mehnat kar rhe the. SSC ko Tier-2 bas ek shift me hi karana chahiye. Thoda kam hi bhale hi qualify karwaaye Tier-I ke baad. May be 7-8 times. Kam se kam students ka time itna waste nhi hoga.

Normalisation is like Umpire's call In DRS. Ek ke liye sahi toh dusre ke liye galat. And Normalisation ke against kch case nahi banta as it is a standard process and an approved formula. And CGL 2017 mei isko laane ke liye hi case hua tha toh SSC will use it against the students this time. Na toh re-exam hone wala hai aur na hi koi case ka basis. And it is due to Normalisation that the deserving candidates of Nov 15 & 16 are back in the race otherwise 2017 mains ka haal repeat hota. So, Normalisation is the best solution for the problem created by SSCs skewed papers.

Shift with more candidates gets benefitted from normalisation Tough shifts gets benefitted from normalisation Shift which has more avg and below average students gets benefitted from normalisation. Solution: 1) make t1 qualifying or reduce its weightage. 2) only one t2 shift of maximum 50-60 thousand candidates.
