In one Psu exam , Exams was conducted in two shift. 760 candidates have been called for interview. maximum marks is 120. But in one shift students got 17-18 marks but in another shift students got only 5-6 marks. But difficultly level were same in both shift...So one Shift got added advantage..I m sure most of the students will be from that shift only.. NORMALISATION formula used is S2/S1(X-Xav)+ Yav.. What should we do now? I have file rti to know no of students from each shift in selected list and marks...I don't know when will they reply.. What steps should we take to proper NORMALISATION or revised result? Thanks
