Ssc portal to open hi nhi ho rhi h?? Last time 31st ka raat 12 tak h ki bas 14 hrs baaki h ab? Kewal mai hi bacha hoon kya..2 din se dekh rha hoon login hi nhi ho rha h..anychance fr extending the dates??

If anyone knows detailed criteria for OBC non-creamy layer, kindly help. While I've cleared CGL 2018 as UR, my caste was recently included in OBC list, so asking this for future exams. My father is a retired govt servant(joined as J.En in Rajasthan govt, retired as Ex.En) with pension 7 lakh per annum. Plus, my parents have 2.5 lakh agriculture income and 2 lakh as interest on FD. Am I eligible as Non-creamy layer candidate for reservation?
